How much does a membership cost?

At L&D Fitness we don't do memberships. We cater to the needs of every individual that meets with us. We don't cookie cutter any programming to every single person. We like to meet up first and see where we can help and then go from there! But our sessions start at $60.00/session.

I've never been into fitness, will the coaches be judgemental?

No coach at L&D Fitness will ever be judgemental. You seek us out for a specific reason and we focus on making you feel comfortable no matter your age or level of fitness. We do private and or semi private coaching so that way no one feels like they are being judged at any time ever with us.

Is there any contract or length of commitment?

At L&D Fitness we don't believe in contracts. We feel as though if you are happy and seeing results you will stay. But we do ask for you make a commitment to yourself to help you achieve the results you desire.

What happens during a fitness consult?

Excellent question! During a fitness consultation, we will take the time to get to know you and understand your specific fitness goals and needs. We will discuss your current fitness level, medical history, and any injuries or limitations you may have. We will then work with you to develop a personalized fitness plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. This may include a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, as well as nutrition guidance and support. Our goal is to help you achieve a healthy and active lifestyle that is sustainable in the long term. We believe that this one-on-one time is crucial in helping us understand your unique needs and create a plan that is right for you.

I see a free "6 Week Transformation", what's the catch?

There is no catch- our program includes 2 sessions with a private coach not a personal trainer, access to our private coaching facility, nutritional guidance and EXPERT level accountability. The only additional cost may be for any supplements or extra services we have such as a private chef or Physical therapist that you choose to use. We want to help you reach your fitness goals in the most effective and affordable way possible!

With proper diet how often should I workout to see results?

L&D Fitness doesn't like to use the term "Diet" we like to use flexible or intuitive eating. We believe that if you pay attention to where your calories are coming from like you pay attention to your bank account and listen to what we tell you. You will see results! Now as far as how often should you work out. That's solely dependant on what you are able to do and what you can fit in your schedule. We will accommodate to make it work for you!

Will the coaches take into account my injuries and limitations?

Absolutely they will! Every single person that meets with us does a health screening to see where your needs are and we accommodate to those needs and make you resilient and stronger! We also are partners with ReNew: Concierge Physical Therapy! The therapist that are with ReNew are able to assess any past or current injuries.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 30 minutes. Unless other discussed or goal specific.

Where are you located?

We are located at 6258 North W St,Pensacola FL, 32505.

What are your hours?

We have multiple coaches with hours ranging from 7am-8pm.

Is the right coach here for me?

At L&D Fitness we have multiple coaches that want to make you feel as welcomed as possible. We have a community of belonging and we strive to make everyone feel like they are apart of something bigger than just their goals!

I don't have time to cook or don't know how to cook. How can L&D Fitness help?

At L&D Fitness, we understand that meal prep and nutrition can be a challenge for many people. That's why we offer a private chef service to help take the stress out of meal planning and prep. . In addition to the convenience of having a private chef, we also offer nutrition coaching to help you make informed and healthy food choices. Our certified nutritionists will work with you to develop a sustainable nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you reach your goals. We believe that by combining the expertise of a private chef with the guidance of a nutrition coach, we can provide a complete solution for all of your meal prep and nutrition needs.
